Appointments & Cancellations:

All services are by appointment only. We require that you leave a valid credit card to reserve your appointment time. You may change your payment method once services are completed. No Shows, Same Day Cancellations or changes to appointments Without 24 Hour Notice will be charged the full price of the service reserved. Please note that supplying of a Credit Card and Number will serve as your authorization to charge that card in the result of a No-show, Same Day Cancellation, or change of appointment Without 24 Hour Notice.

Cell Phones:

In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones are turned off during your spa visit.


Children:

In consideration of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you at the spa.

Gift Certificates:

We sell gift certificates in any dollar denomination allowing your guest the most flexibility in choosing their spa visit. Gift cards are nonrefundable.


Check in:


Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.


Personal Belongings:


Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Rejuv Massage & Skin Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.


Personal Hygiene:


Spa guests must arrive freshly showered if they have just completed a workout. Personal spa services such as bikini and Brazilian waxing require that these areas are completely washed/cleaned prior to arriving at our spa. Staff reserves the right to limit or even refuse services if a client's personal cleanliness is a possible safety issue.


Spa Promotions:


Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.


Respect:

We believe that receiving a spa service should be a safe and pleasant experience for the consumer. Conversely, we believe that the beauty/wellness professional providing the service also deserves a safe and pleasant experience. Our spa does not suit every consumer, nor does every consumer suit us. To be blunt, we will refuse service to those who do not.
